The Israel Service Experience Country Leader manages the service experience delivery at the country level.
This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and governance of service products or solutions, driving revenue growth, and achieving business goals such as revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Solid experience in a similar role.
Experience leading teams that deliver technical services.
Education: Typically requires a university degree, with advanced degrees preferred.

Strong understanding of business models, strategies, and processes.
Ability to manage people and business relationships, and experience in organizational design and planning.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage team productivity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Solid understanding of business management, financial expertise, and strategic planning.
Recognized authority in your field with the ability to drive change and provide thought leadership.
Strong leadership and management skills, with frequent influence across functions and at the executive level.
