we are looking for a Software Manager who sees the big picture. This essential role will give you an opportunity to participate in an open-source project widely adopted by the storage industry. You will join the storage software team, responsible for exposing cutting-edge hardware capabilities to high-performance, scalable, user-mode storage applications.

What you'll be doing:

Lead distributed team of software developers

Maintain and enhance SPDK
Take end-to-end responsibility for major features

Participate in enhancing our cutting-edge technology storage solutions

Hands-on involvement in coding, debugging, and optimizing software

Requirements:
Academic degree in Computer Science

4+ years of experience leading a team

Experience in low-level C/C++ programming

8+ years of overall relevant experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in storage (mainly NVME protocol) advantage

Contribution to Open Source projects

Self and quick learning abilities

Excellent social and written communication skills

Experience in RDMA advantage
