We are looking for an Operational Risk director based in TLV and part of the second line of defense risk team accountable for the oversight of Operational Risk and Operational Resilience and associated Business Unit and support functions control activities.
This is a key role in our Global Risk Team, you will be responsible for helping us mitigate risks arising from internal processes, people, systems and external events. You will investigate the procedures and processes within our Business Units and Support Functions collaborating to identify threats and vulnerabilities and mitigating actions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our business units with regard to Risk Identification, Assessment and Monitoring of Operational Risks, undertaking Risk And Control Assessments (RACAs).
Leading Operational Resilience reviews, identifying Important Business Services, undertaking end to end mapping to identify process vulnerabilities and implement remediation and monitoring programs to ensure that we remains within its service tolerances at all times even under stress situations.
Enhancing our operational risk management framework by providing expertise and input in respect of governance, risk appetite, key risk indicators and maintaining our Risk Register

Requirements:
8 years + experience and expertise in operational risk management at a Financial Institution or Fintech
Practical experience of undertaking Risk And Control Assessments (RACA) , Operational Resilience reviews, Incident Management and root cause analysis.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory treatment of operational risk and how it applies to our operational processes and controls
Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related field. Risk management qualification in operational risk management desired.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to establish relationships and become a trusted adviser
8 years + experience and expertise in operational risk management at a Financial Institution or Fintech
Practical experience of undertaking Risk And Control Assessments (RACA) , Operational Resilience reviews, Incident Management and root cause analysis.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory treatment of operational risk and how it applies to our operational processes and controls
Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related field. Risk management qualification in operational risk management desired.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to establish relationships and become a trusted adviser
