As a Senior Data Scientist, youll join a team of data scientists, data engineers and data analysts who develop in-house the algorithms that power our predictive models for the product.
Our models leverage information from text, audio, and video interactionssuch as calls and emailsto generate powerful predictions that help top organizations worldwide achieve superior results.
You will:
Build predictive and prescriptive models, selecting the best technology to translate unstructured data into actionable predictions.
Closely collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design Partners to translate business questions through research into models running in production at huge scale.
Adopt and develop processes for improving existing models and pipelines.
Foster professional growth for yourself and your colleagues through collaborative work, mentoring, and contributing to weekly brainstorming sessions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning to continuously enhance our models.

Requirements:
Subject matter expertise in predictive modeling, including modeling propensity to upgrade, survival and churn analysis, time to event etc., including in recent Deep Learning based methods
Excellent business understanding and communication skills
Intimate familiarity with a variety of ML disciplines and algorithms
Proven experience in deploying predictive models in a production environment
A BSc degree in exact science fields with 4+ years of relevant experience in machine learning research in the industry
Advantageous if you have:
Background as a Data Analyst
Familiarity with large scale data processing tools a.s. spark/argo/air-flow.
