We are looking to hire a Global Trade Compliance Analyst to join our growing worldwide Global Compliance team. Responsibilities will include product Customs classifications (HTS) both Israel & US (import / export), maintaining internal record keeping, updating logs and auditing records. This position will be a permanent role and is a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional with strong experience and training in a world class (and) growing team.
What you will be doing:
Working within our Legal Team in the EMEA region, supporting other functional groups including: EMEA Corporate Shipping / Receiving, regional Trade Compliance teams, regional Office Managers, WW Logistics, Engineering and Sales / Marketing departments and external customers to support import/export processes supervising import / export activity where we are party to an EMEA transaction.
Reviewing Sanctioned Party List / Legal Control Blocks in SAP GTS
Identifying and escalating red flags to management.
Classify products for Customs (HTS) both US * Israel, and ECCN classifications.
Conducting internal audits of customs related documents in line with ISO.
Crafting detailed processes and flows.
What you will be doing:

What we need to see:
5+ years of experience in an analytical role - in a high-tech environment is an advantage.
Working knowledge of Israeli Tax & Customs Authority regulations.
Knowledge of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR regulations is highly advantageous.
Experience of Hong Kong (HKTID) import / export, and working knowledge of Israel MOC / MOE / MOIT particularly from a dual-use export application perspective.
Knowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) is required.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax / Finance, and IT departments to achieve our compliance objectives.
Demonstrate experience of SAP GTS is an advantage.
Knowledge/ experience of Agile system is an advantage.
Very experience with Excel reports & BI systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
