we are looking for a Squad Lead to join our growing Implementation group, reporting to our Director of Implementation and Support.
As a Squad Lead, you will:
Support our clients throughout the technical implementation process while cooperating with our R&D, Product, and Customer Success
Work hands-on with natural instincts to support our customers
Manage your multidisciplinary team (engineers, data analysts, medical data analysts) into success and mentor them to understand business metrics while enhancing their professional skills.
Identify and iterate on current implementation processes and identify areas for improvement.
As a Squad Lead, you will:

Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager with proven experience in execution and full ownership of technical projects.
Effectively prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events, through strong data orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements.
Experience working with enterprise clients - Advantage.
1+ years of experience in backend software engineering and SQL Advantage.
Experience working in an implementation group Advantage.
3+ years experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager with proven experience in execution and full ownership of technical projects.
