we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, your work will be instrumental in helping our users effectively learn, utilize, and optimize the use of our products and services for their specific business needs. You will own the creation of comprehensive technical documentation of our products & APIs, tutorials, guides & walkthroughs and other introductory material. You will gain a deep understanding of how our AI services are used on leading digital and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS SageMaker. This is pivotal in helping customers on these platforms quickly and easily adopt AI. Role and Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for our APIs in order to provide developers with comprehensive and up-to-date information.
Develop user-friendly tutorials and guides that assist developers in effectively using our products and integrating them into their projects.
Ensure that all technical documentation adheres to established style guidelines, maintains consistency, and is accessible to all target audiences.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and accurately present them in the documentation.
Working with Product Managers at the initial stages of upcoming efforts to plan how it will ultimately be communicated to users.
Provide technical guidance to the Product Marketing team, enhancing accuracy, clarity, and consistency across our messaging.

Proficiency in using documentation tools and platforms such as Swagger, Markdown, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar.
Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into a user-friendly language.
Technical background and familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
Passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements and a commitment to continuous learning
