We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Automation Team Leader to join our R&D leadership team, manage and mentor the QA & Automation team, and lead the quality assurance efforts in the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead the QA and automation team, while providing direction, mentorship, and support
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to ensure product quality
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA and automation strategy aligned with our product goals
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our QA and automation processes and tools
Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) integration for automated testing

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team
At least 4 years proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with a solid understanding of test automation principles and practices
Proven experience in SaaS testing methodologies and practices - Must
Experience in Python - Must
Testing Web Applications using Selenium and BE tools - Must
Implementation of automated test scripts across different platforms and environments, integrating them into Jenkins pipelines - Must
Strong technical knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies
Excellent technical skills at identifying bugs and solving complex problems
Knowledge of networking protocols and using network analysis tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English
