Help desk and IT system

We are seeking an experienced Help desk and IT system to oversee our IT infrastructure and provide hands-on help desk support for our main office of ~200 employees. This role combines IT administration with day-to-day technical support in a multi-platform environment utilizing cloud-based SaaS solutions.

What Youll Do

● Help Desk Support: Provide first-line technical support for the office, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner using Atlassian's Jira.

● IT Infrastructure administration: Oversee and maintain company IT systems, develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

● Projects: Execute IT projects to improve infrastructure and productivity, evaluate and implement new technologies as needed, ensure smooth integration between various SaaS platforms.

● Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations, Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures across all platforms and cloud services.
