We are looking for an experienced CFO to oversee all financial activities and drive our financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in public and global companies, and a proven ability to manage financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Develop and implement financial strategies.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications.
* Manage and mentor the finance team.
* Collaborate with departments on strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
* Proven record as a CFO.
* Proven experience in a public company.
* Proven experience working in a global company.
* Experience in a multidisciplinary company is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.
