Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of experienced hardware engineers in developing products for the IoT field.
Characterize and plan future products with a focus on hardware development aspects, and provide support for existing products.
Ongoing management of the departments tasks, including defining project schedules and costs related to hardware.
Oversee electronic design, supporting the development team through all project stages from planning to mass production.
Collaborate with other departments in the organization such as engineering, operations, mechanical development, radio, software, and systems engineering.
Risk management.
Strive for continuous improvement in technical knowledge, work methods, quality, and product control.
Drive achievements and innovation, with the ability to lead changes.

Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of practical experience in designing electronic circuits integrated with microprocessors and radio.
5 years of experience leading hardware development teams.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including time and budget management.
Practical experience with PCB design and layout software.
Strong background in analog electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and radio (advantage).
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of practical experience in designing electronic circuits integrated with microprocessors and radio.
5 years of experience leading hardware development teams.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including time and budget management.
Practical experience with PCB design and layout software.
