Job Description:
As the Head of Automation and Digital Transformation, you will spearhead our journey towards a smarter, more efficient future. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation strategies, integrating AI tools, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the company.
Reporting to:
Finance Director.
Close work interface with:
COO, Operational Excellence Department, and Information Systems Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and digitalization strategy aligned with the companys goals.
* AI Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
* Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects on time and within budget.
* Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek and apply new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
* Training & Development: Train and mentor employees on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption.
