We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior UX designer to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, and the ability to lead and mentor other designers. As a senior UX designer , you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and stands out in the competitive market. This is a highly visible strategic role with the opportunity to make a big impact on a fast-growing, dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of a team in charge of the UI & UX design efforts for platform, from concept to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the design process.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the company.

4+ years of experience as a product designer, simplifying complex SaaS B2B platforms, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Mastery of Figma and other design tools.
Experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Experience collaborating closely with R&D and product managers.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
