We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commissioning Specialist for a construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
Non-Compliance Management: Create and maintain an Issues Log to track and resolve deficiencies discovered through submittal reviews, inspections, and testing.
Checklist Management: Track and manage Checklists, ensuring all commissioning activities are documented and completed.
Submittal Reviews: Review submittals related to the systems being commissioned.
system Verification: Verify that all systems and equipment are properly installed and operate according to design specifications and performance criteria.
Inspection and Acceptance: Verify acceptance of each building and system, to ensure conformance with contract requirements.

Requirements:
Engineer or Practical Engineer degree in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commissioning or Quality Control in construction projects involving building, infrastructures, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Understanding of commissioning processes, standards, and best practices.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commissioning or Quality Control in construction projects involving building, infrastructures, mechanical, and electrical systems.
