Oversee the divisional "Incident Management" process, including tracking and analyzing incident reports, identifying root causes, and implementing comprehensive solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting complex technological systems at Tier 2 level - mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience with Win/ Linux / Unix operating systems - mandatory
At least 2 years of experience working with SQL/MONGO databases - mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience with communication protocols and equipment (F5/PALO) - mandatory
Background in systems analysis or project management - advantage
Familiarity with ServiceNow system
