We are on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer proficient in Python, experienced in crafting high-performance systems using Celery, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, Snowflake, and Airflow. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving latency, ensuring high-quality deliverables, staying updated on cutting-edge technologies, and fostering a collaborative team environment conducive to innovation.

The Task-at-Hand:
Design and implement backend solutions leveraging Python, Celery, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, Snowflake, and Airflow to improve system latency and maintain high quality.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our backend infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas aimed at driving innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in utilizing Celery for task scheduling and distributed task execution - an advantage.
Strong understanding of Elasticsearch and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Experience with MySQL and Snowflake - an advantage.
Familiarity with Airflow for orchestrating complex workflows and data pipelines.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and idea generation.
