Legal Counsel

Requirements:
* Admission to the Israeli Bar (other admissions an advantage)
* At least 5 years of experience in commercial law, including work at a large law firm or in-house in a technology-oriented company, preferably in the following areas:
* Commercial law (technological, capital equipment and software-related transactions)
* Procurement, sales and distribution agreements
* IP related issues, compliance and marketing activities

* Financial background an advantage
* A solid ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
* Experienced in addressing legal issues with a strong emphasis on analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Availability full-time with an occasional need to work outside regular hours to collaborate with our global teams
* Strong team player - Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work comfortably and effectively with local and global teams
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment under demanding timelines
* Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Motivated and eager to gain a deep understanding of the business
* High sense of responsibility
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate legal issues and solutions
* Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company
* Self-reliant, proactive and able to learn and work independently
