Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development team lead to join our growing organization.

?In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Location: On-site, 5 days a week (Center Israel)

Requirements:
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience in leadership and architecture.
Proficiency in C #, C ++, microservices architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
