Are you an experienced Business Design Director with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills and a master of your craft?

We're looking for a Business Design Director and a trusted leader with solid strategic brand, design and digital experience who can turn complex business problems into exceptional design solutions and build strong client relationships along the way. An experienced Design Director, who has worked within a larger multidisciplinary team and has ability to work with small start-ups to large global clients and across multi-channels.

Be part of the management team and lead the creative vision, strategy and quality of Tel Aviv studio
Manage, guide and inspire a growing team of brand, UI, UX and motion designers
Develop and nuture the Designit Tel Aviv Creative Practice to evolve based on new models of thinking
Be the voice of creative excellence and groundbreaking solutions across our studios worldwide
Create award-winning creative work excelling creativity and thought leadership
Demonstrate broad lateral thinking rooted in references beyond the design world and inspire people around you to do the same
A collaboration partner to internal teams to define strong responses and points of view to clients' requests and briefs
Ensure regular learning sessions are in place and informed by practice and team needs
Create a culture of retrospective and learning across projects
Develop and deliver a culture of critical feedback across project delivery
Ensure a culture of experimentation and prototyping exists

A master of craft within branding and experience design with a solid track record of leading teams and clients to impactful and award-winning design solutions
A strategic thinker ensuring idea driven design solutions delivering on business objectives
An exceptional communicator and storyteller - both written and spoken - able to inspire and engage business leaders to make bold choices
A problem solver and visionary with ideas that challenge the ordinary - and the drive and guts - to bring them to life
A facilitator who can link insights, strategy and creative problem thinking into a solution and host inspiring workshops
A team player who leads through action - someone who shows the way and sets teams up for success - demonstrating ownership, passion and drive to deliver at the highest level of creativity at every step of the way
A driver of creative excellence and a spokesperson of strategic design internally and externally - spearheading Designit’s role and achievements across the globe and building Designit’s reputation
