We are looking for a superstar technical program manager with a can-do attitude, who loves to get stuff done and is passionate about your work, come and join us and make an impact. As a technical program manager at bob you will play a key role in managing complex projects in R&D as well as help shaping the way teams are working.

Responsibilities:
Be part of a leadership team building & improving products within us while addressing complex ambiguous issues.
Manage large technical, cross functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to increase transparency and clarity of projects.
Use Agile mindset and continuous improvement approach to support and improve the development lifecycle working closely with tech and product teams.
Continuously find ways to improve the methodologies and processes in R&D looking broadly on the company level.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of technical program management experience in the software industry.
experience working in SaaS environment is must.
Profound experience with SCRUM framework and Agile implementation.
Proven strong execution skills of large scale, cross functional projects.
Work independently, take charge and influence program success.
Demonstrate creative problem solving approach while using data driven analytical thinking.
Be flexible and be ready to get out of your comfort zone.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English both written and verbal.
