Product Manager

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Exact Sciences.
MBA Significant advantage.
Proven experience of at least 5 years as product manager of software products in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in software/Saas solutions/Software and hardware solutions/Networking Solutions - Advantage
Proven experience in defining new product strategies and business plans.
Proven ability to create value for customers through product portfolios.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Willingness to frequently travel abroad.
Define product strategy and translate it to innovative products portfolio and products roadmap.
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by R&D and engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Panta Rhei across primary market segments. Create a winning product, effective value propositions and product campaigns to meet sales targets.
