Design and develop user interfaces at various stages - from initial wireframes and interactive prototypes to polished, final designs for both web and mobile platforms
Create visually appealing and user-friendly web mobile designs that align with business goals and user needs
Understand a product's lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and usability testing
Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Integrate data -driven insights into the design process to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions
Stay current with UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into our design process
Create visually appealing and user-friendly web mobile designs that align with business goals and user needs

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in UX / UI design, with at least 1 year in a product-based company
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
Experience with responsive and mobile design
Experience collaborating closely with R D
Positive attitude and excellent social skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on the team's goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
