This role is instrumental in driving sales success by efficiently managing and processing essential client documentation. The Sales Admin will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation, submission, and tracking various documents required for closing deals and establishing successful client/vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit various documents (W8, W9, company information, banking details, etc) as required for sales deal closure and vendor registration
* Coordinate closely with legal and finance departments to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
* Participate in the deal flow (pre-signature) and commit to an SLA.
* Communicate directly with clients.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and document requirements.
* Proactively identify potential documentation issues and implement solutions to streamline the process.
* Maintain organized records of all submitted documentation.
