After successfully closing our Series B funding round with 300% growth YoY (for 3 years in a row!), were looking for a Director of Product rockstar to lead our multi-disciplinary development team.
With your expertise in product-led growth companies especially cybersecurity ones you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of new vRx features, taking us to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Lead the product team.
Be the subject matter expert of vRx, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities.
Drive the product roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers, and others to deliver an outstanding product.
Define user journeys, use cases, and features, and prioritize them into the product roadmap.
Engage with our users to understand their needs, gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with them to build our solution.
Conduct market research, identify trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.

Cybersecurity oriented expertise.
Experience at companies with a product-led growth strategy.
Ability to distill sophisticated topics and feedback into clear, prioritized business or user cases and product requirements.
A strong ability to lead inbound & outbound processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in both Hebrew and English.
Soft Skills, Education, Other:

Ability to study new technologies quickly and think outside the box.
Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, adapt, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail.
