We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can lead the development of core aspects of our existing products and take responsibility for creating new products and services.
Responsibilities:
Lead product features from conception to post-release.
Transform high-level concepts into detailed, well-designed features.
Collaborate closely with engineers and UX/UI designers to develop best-in-class product features.
Understand customer needs and business cases, articulating them as user stories and epics.
Conduct competitive market research and follow industry trends to identify future opportunities and adapt best practices.
Analyze the performance of features post-deployment and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and track releases.
Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the development team.
Act as a leader within the company.

A degree in Economics, Engineering, Sciences (Math, Physics, etc.), Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in enterprise customer-facing (B2B2C & B2B) product management roles.
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in roles such as Software Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Solution Engineer, or System Engineer.
Proven track record of customer-facing engagement and collaboration, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
Proven track record of releasing successful SaaS products to the market.
Experience working as a Product Manager using Agile methodologies.
Experience in product management for machine learning products- advantage.
Product management background in contact centers or field services applications is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce materials, deliver presentations, and provide general education.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English.
