Content Marketing Team Lead

Our Grow marketing team is looking for a Content Team Lead who will be responsible for defining the content strategy, goals, and standards, and making them come to life with the content team.

You will lead a small but excellent team of content writers responsible for creating on-brand content that wows our clients and impresses leads, including blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, website copy, social posts, banner copy, video scripts, newsletter campaigns, presentations, case studies, data reports, webinars and more.

You will brainstorm, strategize, and work with key stakeholders in the company to determine content needs and be responsible for the team creating the content, including coordinating workflows, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the content.

Who are you? A natural storyteller who has a way with words and has project management skills. You are quick on your feet, proactive about getting things done, and prepared to take on any task thrown your way. You have a passion for tech and are curious about finding interesting ways to explain it to customers. You keep to deadlines, push yourself to grow and improve, and welcome constructive feedback. And that typo really upset you.

What you'll be doing:
Lead the Grow marketing content team.
Partner with Marketing Managers, Directors, and other business partners to understand business needs, propose solutions, and write content that increases customer retention and drives conversion.
Ideate and write compelling marketing content (blog posts, social copy, ebooks, landing pages, website copy, newsletter campaigns, presentations, case studies, data reports, ad copy, webinars).
Become an expert on our Grow products and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions.
