we are looking for a Payroll Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the payroll process for over 300 employees in Israel (growing Company) ensuring accurate and timely payroll
Supporting calculations of absence such as vacations, convalescence, military service etc.
Responsible for attendance reporting
Prepare and review monthly payroll records and reconciliations, including analytical reports.
Handle the related GL
Reporting the IL authorities monthly
Responsible for the communication with the employees pension agent
Prepare payroll for US and UK employees
Verify and review payroll data to ensure accuracy and develop processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
Certified Payroll Accountant mandatory
At least 7 years of experience in payroll processing in Israel
Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll tax, social insurance, and compliance in various countries
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in English is required
Strong skills in Excel and analytical thinking
Experience with NetSuite and Hilan is an advantage
