BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Manager to oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensure the successful integration of BIM with our infrastructure detection systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM management, a deep understanding of infrastructure systems, and experience working with physical sensor technologies. We are looking for a creative and independent individual who will actively contribute to enhancing our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with the company's goals and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define BIM requirements and project deliverables
BIM Coordination and Integration:
Manage the integration of BIM models with physical sensor data to enhance infrastructure detection and analysis
Ensure seamless coordination between BIM models and real-time data from sensor systems
Model Management and Quality Control:
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models for various infrastructure projects
Implement and enforce BIM standards and best practices to ensure model accuracy and consistency
Drawing and Modeling Oversight:
Manage and oversee internal and external drawing and modeling entities to ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to integrate their drawings and models into the companys BIM systems
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, standards, and project details
Prepare and present reports on BIM project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management
