we are growing and looking for a Senior physicist to join our Silicon Photonics R&D department. As a senior physicist, you will be responsible for the design, development, measurement and implementation of our next generation Silicon Photonics based products.
Requirements
Ph.D. (or MSc with research experience).
Own product R&D development.
Design, simulate, and measure Silicon Photonics components and fully assembles systems.
Use simulation tools to meet performance requirements and optimize system design. parameters.

Requirements:
PhD in Silicon Photonics related subject *and/or* 5 years of experience working at R&D groups at multidisciplinary and high-tech companies.
Experience working for optical, or semiconductor technological companies.
Practical hands-on lab experience with optical measurement systems.
Good understanding of optics and photonics.
System view and multidisciplinary knowledge.
Experienced in preparation and execution of test plans, data analysis and DOE.
Programming skills, python an advantage.
Good grasp of statistical analysis methods and tools.
