As Project Controls Manager you will be leading the area of project controls for your project. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for reviewing, assessing, and preparing various Project Delivery Schedules
Responsible for preparing monthly progress Reports for several packages.
Participate monthly and weekly progress meeting with client and contractors.
Prepare and monitor project tracking system to monitor the progress on weekly basis with planning engineers.
Provide critical path analysis for all packages.
Manage, train and recruit project control team.
Assist the commercial team to support on contractual claims and provide necessary delay claims report.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree. Ideally in engineering or construction management.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English at a professional level.
Experience of at least 20 years in project controls and planning.
Experience on major railway projects including urban rail.
Experience in managing and developing a team is preferable.
