Risk and Retention representative

A leading online company which provides bureaucratic services to customers from all over the world, is looking for an experienced compliance and risk representative to join our team.
As part of the job you will execute retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates, analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts, identify significant short- and long-term risks and assess the impacts and likelihood of risk occurrence.
