What You'll Do
Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
2-3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or a combination of experience in these areas.
Strong knowledge with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
GitOps concept and tools (ArgoCD, Flux) - an advantage
Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python ) - an advantage
