Identifying improvement trends and opportunities to facilitate positive impact on internal and external customers satisfaction level.
Promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of cross functional processes as well as cost reduction initiatives applying best practices.
Developing and implementing work plans for continuous improvement in collaboration with all related departments and stakeholders.
Ensuring sustainability and continuity of improvements across the board.
Facilitating workshops to raise CI (continues improvement) awareness across functions and sharing best practices within the global organization.
Carrying out activities aligned with corporate and FDA regulations, SOX, SEC and any other requirements as required as well as raise awareness of compliance among peers

Requirements:
At least FIVE years of working experience in a Business Excellence department of a mid-large size corporation and/or in a management consulting organization.
Proven track record in identifying, initiating and implementing improvement initiatives within corporate functions, preferably in multinational organizations and/or relevant industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Technology, Media, Telecommunication and Retail).
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/business administration; MBA - a plus
Certified Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt, knowledge in BPR and RPA
Certified PMP - a plus
