A small international trading company is seeking an Operations Manager for remote work. The company operates in international trade across food, pharma, and cosmetics platforms. The role involves managing a team of five employees in different countries and working with global suppliers and customers. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure goals are met.
- Mentor employees, set clear priorities, and align with company objectives.
- Coordinate tasks and communication across departments to maintain smooth workflows.
- Contribute to strategic planning, decision-making, and policy development.
- Identify new product opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
