We are looking for a Software Manager who sees the big picture. This essential role will give you an opportunity to participate in an open-source project widely adopted by the storage industry. You will join the storage software team, responsible for exposing cutting-edge hardware capabilities to high-performance, scalable, user-mode storage applications.

What you'll be doing:

Lead distributed team of software developers.

Maintain and enhance SPDK (The Storage Performance Development Kit.

Take end-to-end responsibility for major features.

Participate in enhancing our cutting-edge technology storage solutions.

Hands-on involvement in coding, debugging, and optimizing software.

Requirements:
What we need to see :

Academic degree in Computer Science.

4+ years of experience leading a team.

Experience in low-level C/C++ programming.

8+ years of overall relevant experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in storage (mainly NVME protocol) advantage.

Contribution to Open Source projects.

Self and quick learning abilities.

Excellent social and written communication skills.

Experience in RDMA advantage.
