Head of R&D - Customer Company

We're seeking an experienced and visionary engineering group leader to oversee our entire suite of customer products, including our credit card technology, customer App, customer service, collection strategy, payment strategy, and infrastructure.
This role is crucial in shaping the future of our offerings and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams focused on digital credit card strategy, risk management, user experience, payment, and collection strategy.
Develop and execute the product and technology roadmap for all customer-facing offerings.
Drive technical strategy aligned with company goals and technological advancements.
Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement company-wide initiatives.
Member of the Israel Tech management team.
Work with the global Customer Group management team, including executives in the USA (business, product).
Data-oriented decision-making and product tuning.
Understand the business domain, logic, and the impact of decisions on the product's performance.
Ensure our products meet the highest quality, security, and user experience standards.
