* Oversee the architecture and development of a cutting-edge frontend using React and related technologies
* Guide the development of a robust, scalable backend with Node.js
* Manage the implementation of advanced technologies like GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices
* Design and oversee complex system architecture
* Foster innovation by encouraging experimentation with new technologies
* Ensure code quality, efficiency, and maintainability across the team
* Collaborate with other department leads to align development goals with overall project objectives

* Experience with agile methodologies and project management
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code
* Eagerness to stay updated with and implement new technologies
