Lead the HQ department's quarterly performance review routines.
Business and operational problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives in HQ and BUs.
Lead productivity reports from the BU and to SG HQ.
Innovate HQ procedures, digitalization and central managerial platforms for better efficiency and partnership.

Requirements:
University graduate business/ finance/ industrial engineer.
Certified green belt with expertise in Lean continuous improvement methodologies- an advantage
2 years of experience in the field of business and/ or industrial engineering consulting firm.
Strong experience in analytics, KPI and operational measurement initiatives to drive improvement.
Business Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of commercial, operational, financial and people aspects of the business.
Extremely Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills together with technological abilities.
Fluent in English.
