Our company is looking for a corporate controller to join our team. Reporting to Director of finance.
A successful candidate must have Public listed high-tech reporting background and will demonstrate ability to quickly grasp the Companys consolidation and reporting.
Have a strong Accounting (US GAAP) background, IT orientation combined with strong verbal and written communications skills in English, and ability to work in a collaborative and intensive fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the global finance teams across the organization.
* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparing all required consolidated Financial Statements, under US GAAP and mange Financial SEC reporting and filing Including 20F, 6K, etc.
* Work with the Company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
* Review monthly reporting packages from subsidiaries and prepare consolidated financial statements promptly.
* Monitor changes, oversee the close execution with global team.
* Responsible for accounting issues, guide controllers, develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities.
* Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
