We are establishing a new performance marketing growth group in Tel-Aviv, that will initially serve Performance Marketing business units, with a focus on Europe. We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to join our newly formed team. In this role, you will manage the search ads Web&App for global brands and have a great opportunity to learn and become a real professional.
Responsibilities:
* Hands-on campaign building and management
* Training new team member
* Full responsibility for Search account activity Google, Microsoft, Apple
* Daily activity management, monitoring of results and optimization: Ads, assets, negative, SQR
* Expanding the activity (keywords, ads, campaigns) regularly based on sports events and with optimization needs
* Weekly & Monthly reporting and as requested
* Manage multi targets activity for multi Brands and locations.
* Guiding and helping account managers on daily level.
* Work by monthly target
* On going tests, analysis and insights.
* Work closely and report to Search Director and higher management.

Requirements:
* B.A/BSc in relevant field
* Ability to manage PPC team
* Experience in RMG industry sports betting/casino - Big Advantage 2+ years of experience with B2C performance marketing
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads - Must
* High Level of English is a MUST, Portuguese / German /Spanish - is a great advantage
* Deep understanding of the conversion-rate-optimization strategies and AB testing methodologies
* Experience in managing a 6-digit monthly budget (USD) - Must
* Strong analytical skills, data -driven decision-making, technical ability.
* Ability to work on global campaigns in several languages and different goals
* High project-management skills with strong self-executing abilities
* Passion for Football and other Sports - advantage
