* Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to in depth interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source and manage candidate pools by identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referral programs, and social media to focus on a diverse pool of talent.
* Participates in HR related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.
* Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources and optimize our processes.
