Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the quality system.
Implementing and improving work processes across all departments of
the organization.
Addressing customer requirements and complaints.
Conducting internal audits and inspections.
Representing the company before regulatory bodies overseeing quality.
Responsible for technical quality activities.
Handling failures and implementing corrective actions.
Leading organizational risk and opportunity control activities.

Requirements:
Professional Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Technician/Engineer, including training in quality
assurance.
Preference for Mechanical Engineer/Technician.
Relevant certification in quality.
Knowledge and familiarity with quality standards and audits.
Proven experience in quality systems in a manufacturing plant -
preference for the metal industry.
Experience and familiarity with quality management and safety
procedures.
Excellent proficiency in all Office programs.
Practical knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
High-level English: reading, writing, and speaking.
Technical background: ability to read and analyze drawings - mandatory.
Ability to work with information systems.
Professional experience:
Experience in a global environment - advantage.
Experience working with law authorities and government bodies -
advantage.
Internal Auditor certification - advantage.
Courses and training in quality.
Familiarity with ERP information systems.
Social Skills:
Assertiveness.
Ability to distinguish between main and secondary tasks.
Ability to lead as a cause, not just as an effect and result.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the
role.
