Position Summary: The Launch Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, sales, finance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
* Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Work with Gantt charts and computerized reporting systems ( CRM ).
Market Analysis and Strategy:
* Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges for new product launches.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize market penetration and product adoption.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure all launch activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with regulatory affairs to secure necessary approvals and clearances.
Sales and Marketing Support:
* Provide support to the sales and marketing teams during the pre-launch and launch phases.
* Develop training materials and resources to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools.
Post-Launch Analysis and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze the performance of new product launches.
* Generate post-launch reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
