- Responsibility for leading an image processing algorithm development team (classical and neural) in the thermal world for various applications.
- Responsibility for team management, professional leadership, setting goals, and overseeing work processes from initial concept to design implementation in products.
- Responsibility for defining multidisciplinary system architecture for electronic development projects for products.
- Multidisciplinary professional leadership of electronic development in new product development projects.
- Working with various interfaces in the company: other development groups, procurement and supplier development, customer service, manufacturing, engineering and integration, marketing, and business development.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or other relevant field.
- M.Sc - an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in development/architecture/systems engineering.
- 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Deep understanding of development processes including planning, development, and control.
- Familiarity with advanced algorithms such as image correction and enhancement.
- Experience in project management, setting goals, budgets, and schedules - a significant advantage
