Job Summary: The Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategies to tap into these opportunities, and executing plans to achieve sales targets. They will work closely with the marketing team to align efforts on lead generation and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to design and execute effective campaigns
* Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
* Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
* Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and track performance against growth metrics.
* Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in a financial or analytical field (such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics).
* At least 3 years of experience as a customer growth manager or as a Product Manager.
* Proven experience in the creation, optimization, and management of customer marketing campaigns Must
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* A customer-centric mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service.
