Leading all engineering activities in operations both in connection with development activities in the organization and with suppliers/subcontractors
Accompanying products and projects from the early stages of development to mass production
Establishing the product trees and production portfolios
Areas of Responsibility:
Synchronization and monitoring of the progress of the projects, POC Point of Contact (in operation) with the program manager and the Project Manager in development.
Working with subcontractors for production and solving problems in the production lines.
Procurement operation to receive quotes, smooth transition from development to production, product engineering and assemblies.
Defining and drawing cables for the company's products.
Execution and management of an engineering change order.
Writing production files for assembly in English.

Requirements:
Mechanical Engineer
Experience in similar companies of over 3 years
Good interpersonal communication
Ability to lead cross-organizational activities
Has an extensive and in-depth technical background in the field of electronics and printed circuits
Has an extensive and in-depth technical background in the field of mechanics and equipment
Expanded knowledge of solidworks EPDM applications
Knowledge and experience in Priority
Extensive knowledge of OFFICE applications with an emphasis on EXL and PPT
high level English
