Company Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Lawyer to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of remote gambling operations and a strong understanding of international and Israeli taxation, with a particular focus on Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) rules.
This role will involve providing legal support across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes.
The position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of remote gambling operations, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and operational issues.
- Advise on B2C and B2B gambling services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
- Oversee international tax planning and compliance, with a particular emphasis on Israeli taxation and CFC rules.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, compliance, and operations teams, to provide legal guidance and support.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Report directly to the CFO and assist in strategic financial and legal planning.
