Essential Job Functions:
Pave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.
Identify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.
Develop, write and maintain high quality technical documentation such as user manuals installation guides
Provide engineering support to various departments, including production, service, materials logistics, purchasing, QA, R D, and subcontractors

Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Practical Engineering degree in Mechanics (Multidisciplinary systems specialization is an advantage).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Proven experience in NPI and technical writing methodologies within a multidisciplinary environment)
Familiar with Engineering NPI change processes (BOM Manage, ECO, FCO, CAPA), documentation preparation, and ATR.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks)
Familiarity with PDM/PLM and ERP is mandatory
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Qualification:
Experience in Mechanical Electrical assemblies
Experience of working with CMs
Good communication and team-player skills
Experience working with managing subcontractors
Ability to lead tasks independently, as well as collaborating with others to promote products.
