Responsibilities:
* Provide T1 & T2 level technical and customer support to global clients
* Monitor network infrastructure using specialized tools
* Respond promptly to alerts and notifications
* Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime
* Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

* Strong technical background
* Fluent English speaker - must
* Available for 2-3 shifts per week, including night shifts
* Willingness to work Monday - Friday Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Python, Linux, HF/Radio technologies, or Cisco networking - major advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting
