We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the testing and quality assurance of our CRM platform, ensuring it is reliable, user-friendly, and free of defects.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Report and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide feedback on quality issues and testing progress.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur in new releases.
Continuously learn and apply new testing methodologies and tools to improve the QA process.

Previous internship or experience in a QA role.
Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
